The website has rejected both of my cards. I think it would've been more appropriate to open a ticket to complete the transaction, but I cannot, as I have not yet bought a plan. But I can't buy a plan, because my cards aren't being accepted, and so on. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, apologies for the inconvenience. You should be able to see a Help widget on the billing page that allows you to open a support ticket. Regarding the cards being rejected - the billing address you add at the checkout should match the address of the card - if you are not aware of the exact address of the card, please contact your bank to obtain in.
