I have cancelled subscription on same day as I signed up. I have not received refund confirmation.

I checked the logs and there's only 2 requests from your user. It doesn't look like you had Crawlera enabled properly and your requests might have gone through your local IP instead.

Would you consider giving it another try and I can assist you enabling Crawlera?

We issue refunds manually after we receive a notification from the user that they would like to cancel the subscription. I will process your refund and post here once issued, in the meantime, could you let me know why you decided to cancel your subscription?
